About the Role You’ll play a key role in coordinating NBN field technician work orders, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and tracked through to completion.
This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident managing competing priorities in a high-volume environment.

- South Brisbane location (close to public transport, no parking)
- Hybrid working arrangement (2 days WFH)
- Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm
- Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanency
- Supportive team with strong contractor relationships
- Receive, review, and manage high-volume work orders
- Allocate jobs to contractors based on skillset, location, and availability
- Monitor and update work order progress daily
- Liaise with contractors, supervisors, and client representatives
- Identify risks, delays, and opportunities, and proactively drive solutions
- Experience in a dispatch, scheduling, or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate IT skills (comfortable using multiple systems
- Experience coordinating high-volume NBN or telecommunications works
- Experience working with field technicians or contractors
