About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support a busy delivery team within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, stakeholder engagement, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will play a key role in governance coordination, team administration, and day-to-day operational support across a dynamic project environment.
Details:
- Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Dates: Start ASAP until 04/06/26 (possibility for extension)
- Pay rate: Around $50p/h

What will your day-to-day look like?
Governance & Coordination
- Coordinate governance meetings (management meetings, JOC, JSC, JVGC support)
- Prepare and distribute meeting invites, agendas, and minutes
- Collate reports and papers from stakeholders
- Maintain action logs and decision registers
- Manage governance schedules and reporting timelines
- Upload and manage documentation within SharePoint
- Provide general team administration, including maintaining organisational charts
- Manage shared inboxes and correspondence
- Assist with team events, including monthly morning teas
- Support calendar management, including booking site visits
- Oversee office management tasks, including consumables and catering
- Coordinate goods receipting and invoice processing
- Manage site depot cleaning and visitor coordination
- Provide warehouse inventory support
- Assist with claims processes
- Provide ad hoc support to the broader delivery team as required
- Previous experience in a similar coordination or administration management experience and high level Microsoft office skills are non-negotiable
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable processes (highly regarded)
- Current driver’s licence
