What you’ll be up to
• Coordinating temporary labour crews and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Building strong long-term client & candidate relationships
• Using smart tech and clever sourcing tactics to stay ahead of the pack
• Participating in on-call roster every second week (with an additional allowance)

• A friendly, outgoing can-do attitude
• A strong customer-service mindset
• Drive, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sound understanding of safety, compliance, and working rights
• Tech-savvy with strong systems and admin skills
