We are seeking a experienced Data Administrator to join the Telepower team in Cremorne Victoria
In this role, you will be the key link between Telstra’s systems and our internal design and construction processes, ensuring data flows accurately and efficiently across projects.

  • Experience in a similar administrative or project support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Competency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience designing and maintaining effective filing and documentation systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Telepower team, including design status maintenance in CIMS.
  • Process design and construction data between Telstra’s system and internal systems.
  • Maintain logical and traceable filing of design and construction documents.
  • Manage internal and client contractual addendums.
  • Enter design and construction data into Telstra’s electronic work processing system.
  • Maintain and update status reports for current work orders through to practical completion.
  • Process submissions, approvals, and rejections for client contracts.
  • Identify and report issues with CIMS, assisting in testing and resolution.
  • Provide support to Telepower and Telstra contract representatives.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Must have experience in the same role, ideally in a similar sector.
  • Competency with Microsoft products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Valid Australian work visa 
  • Resides in Melbourne, Victoria
