Our client is a leading facilities management contractor delivering cleaning and maintenance services across Queensland's Department of Education assets.
The Details
- $40.00/hr + Super
- Monday to Friday, approximately 7am – 3pm
- Initial 3 month Contract role with strong possibility of extension
- Overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations across a primary school site
- Allocating tasks and ensuring quality and presentation standards are consistently met
- Leading, training and mentoring a team of cleaners including subcontractors
- Conducting site inspections and driving continuous improvement on site
- Managing reporting, supplies and minor facilities tasks
- Rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on when the team needs it
- Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities environment
- Confidence stepping into a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Current Working with Children clearance (QLD) — mandatory
- Recent National Police Check or the ability to obtain one
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Physical capability to perform hands-on work when required
